Want to work at the heart of SF's independent film community?
We currently have space available to sublet in the SF Green Film Festival offices in the Ninth Street Independent Film Center, located at Civic Center.
It's a great co-working space in a swiftly shifting neighborhood (i.e., Twitter, Dolby, Code for America etc) and just two blocks from Civic Center BART/MUNI station. The office is quiet and secure on the second floor of the building and with large windows onto Minna St. Other building tenants include Frameline, Center for Asian American Media, Jewish Film Institute, The Video Project, Filmmakers Collaborative SF, National Film Preservation Foundation, and filmmakers in our Residency program.
The available area is approx. 250sqft and is furnished with three large desks/chairs and additional space for another desk or shelving/storage. It's $625/mo for rent + $125/mo for utilities, including fiber internet, security alarm, water, PG&E, Recology, janitorial and mailbox. This also includes use of Film Center amenities such as meeting spaces, kitchen (with fridge, microwave etc), complimentary tea/coffee, and tenant reduced rates for rentals of our 80-seat screening room.
This is a month-to-month sublet thru SFGFF. You must be a non-profit organization to rent the space, and organizations aligned with film/media arts are preferred.
