You can purchase tickets for individuals film programs online, by calling the Box Office 415.552.5580 or in person at the venue on the day of the show. There are no additional processing fees on any of our tickets or passes. Member discounts are available-become a Member.

THE FINE PRINT

Will Call: All tickets/passes will be held at will call. Tickets/passes are not mailed. The venue box office opens 30 minutes prior to the first screening of the day.

Arrive Early! Tickets and Passholders must arrive 15 minutes prior to the show time to guarantee admission. After this time you cannot be guaranteed a seat, even with a purchased ticket or pass.

Rush Tickets: When advance tickets have sold out, last-minute tickets - "rush" tickets - may be available just before the show time. Approximately 10 minutes prior to the screening, empty seats will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to those in the "rush" line.

Barring any unforeseen technical difficulties, screenings will start on time.

All pass and ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, substitutions or replacements permitted.
